The World's first whiskey to be made using native Australian grain.
78° Native Grain Whiskey is made using Weeping Grass, and endemic cereal grain which lends an earthy spice to the whiskey. Each batch represents just a single cask whiskey, which has been aged exclusively in casks that previously held Cabernet Franc.
