Inspired by those closing moments in the day that throw gorgeous tones across the sky, our appropriately named Sunset Gin boasts a gorgeous pink hue - reminiscent of the beautiful sunsets seen at our home in the Adelaide Hills.
Our Sunset Gin utilises natives including strawberry gum, bush apple, and rosella, giving this gin a beautiful red berry flavour, with notes of rhubarb and plum. A good whack of juniper lends notes of pine and eucalyptus.
