Style

Summary

We start creating our Black Java coffee liqueur by selecting and cold brewing a finely balanced blend of Ethiopian and Tanzanian coffee beans. This delivers fantastic notes of bittersweet cocoa, gentle almond and raisin, with a slight lemon acidity. Then, we blend this with our Premium Vodka and Spiced Rum. This gives a not too heavy but wild and fruity flavour, with a light dark chocolate and roasted coffee aftertaste.

Serving Suggestions

A truly decadent and delicious glass of Black Java can be enjoyed with your friends as a sipping shot, over ice, a White or Black Russian or as a high quality espresso martini. As a tasty bonus, you can easily serve it with your favourite ice-cream or any creamy desserts.

Limonchello liqueur

Our Process: Our limoncello is made with fresh high-quality…free peeled lemon zest, which is then macerated in our own Artisans Secret Premium Vodka. Then, only pure cane sugar is added…just enough to lightly sweeten. Our Limoncello is then proofed down to 29% ABV. Whenever possible, we source most of our lemons from our own spray-free lemon trees on our distillery property or from local growers. Tasting and Fragrance Notes: Exceptionally intense and fragrant with a sweet, fresh citrus tang, a strong lemon aroma and a smooth richly textured mouth feel, with tangy citrus mouth-puckering acidity and well balanced sweetness. One sip of Limoncello is all it takes to evoke the bright, summery citrus scent of lemon sorbet. Appearance: Our Limoncello Liqueur has a lovely golden hue. Glowingly translucent with a fine trace of lemon sediment visible from our hand-crafting process.

The head distiller was inspired by childhood memories of eating Mud Crab marinated in Chilli Plum Sauce on the Surfers Paradise beachfront. Sweet meets savoury with this hot release from Artisans Secret distillery. They’ve infused their Aussie Dry Gin with the sweetness of local red and black plums and mild red cayenne chillies.
