Heathcote Shiraz Gin
This is our interpretation of a sloe-style gin. Using hand-processed shiraz grapes grown, harvested and aged in the barrel since 2018 for maximum flavour, with a combination of our favourite signature botanicals, Heathcote Shiraz Gin delivers a unique blend of lovely local flavours. Full-bodied and well-rounded on the palate, this is a delicious and incredibly versatile shiraz-style gin.
