Gindu

Gindu links the story telling of travel (our founder’s backgrounds) and the botanical journey of Gin. Our focus is on the virtual tourism / storytelling of how the Australian landscape houses the botanicals that we distill into our Gins. On this basis, we created Gindu – a celebration of Australia.

Gindu is a proudly Australian multi-award winning distillery calling Woodend in the Macedon Ranges home. We make gin and not just gin, but great gin. Gindu offers multiple tasting flights, Gin&Tonics, curated cocktails and locally sourced, botanically led finger food, with order-in pizza available.

Pronounced and distinctive tawny notes on the nose. A full-bodied yet balanced gin with depth from juniper and blood limes. Velvet mouthfeel and a spiced pepperberry finish creating a quality gin experience.

Coastal

Sunrise lime and rainforest lychee complement the savoury notes of coastal rosemary and saltbush. A light pepper finish combines to create a memorable gin.

Rainforest Gin

Subtle yet bright with a fresh, zesty aroma derived from Rainforest Cherries. Sharp fruit notes straight up, with hints of wild basil, leading to a pepper combination of boab tubers, pepper berries and leaves.

Gincello

A strong, earthy citrus aroma captivates the senses before the first sip. Sharp grapefruit notes upfront balancing the sweetness and creating a lovely mouthfeel. A deep, distinctive blood lime palate finishing with hints of juniper and wood.

Australian Dry

Upfront juniper followed by subtle tones of anise, sunburnt wattle and saltbush. Piquant lime with hints of mandarin, finishing with a warm spicy glow. A gin for all occasions.

Australian Gin

Subtle juniper combined with floral notes of lemon and lime from Australian botanicals, balanced with a delicate herbal, earthy palate and a lingering spicy finish. A gin that will embrace a light tonic.
